RESERVATIONS AND PRICING
The prices that appear on the site are per accomodation and per night. Upon confirmation of the reservation, a payment of 30% of the rental amount will be made.
The rest of the rental price must be paid the day of your arrival
INCLUDED
In the price: water, electricity and gas consummation.
NOT INCLUDED
In the price: Bed linen and towels.
OCCUPATION
The occupancy of the accommodation cannot be higher than the one indicated in the reservation, the non-fulfilment of this concept implies the expulsion without any right to recover the payment of the reservation.
DEPOSIT
The day of your arrival a deposit indicated in your reservation must be left for breakages. This amount will be returned to you at the end of your stay if all is in order. In the case of the cost of breakages is over this amount you will be obliged to pay the rest.
CLEANING
The apartment / house must be left in the same cleaning conditions that found it on your arrival otherwise you will have to pay the cleaning.
PETS
As a general rule, animals are PROHIBITED in all homes. If no home accepts pets, it will be explicitly indicated on the website and the tenants will be responsible for any damage they may cause.
POST
If you have to receive post / parcel during your stay please it is better to send it to our address where you can collect it. Urgent messages or mails will be delivered to you directly but only in emergencies.
OPEN HOURS
Our office opening and closing times are :
-Winter : Monday to Friday 9am-1pm / 4pm-7pm. Saturday 9h-1pm.
-Summer : Monday to Saturday : 9am-1pm / 4pm-8pm.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
The entrance to the apartments/ houses will be from 4pm and on the departure day the apartments must be vacated before 10am.
5% of the deposit when cancellation is made 30 days or more before the date of arrival.
50 % of the deposit when cancellation is made less than 30 days but more than seven days before the date of arrival
100 % of the deposit when cancellation is made less than 7 days before the date of arrival.
IMPORTANT To make the cancellation ,please contact us by mail info@immobiliariafalco.com indicating the reservation number and the reason of the cancellation.
SHORT STAY
The minimum stay for the apartments is one week (7 nights) for shorter stays, after consultation, they carry a surcharge of 20% on the price shown on the website.
SPECIAL REQUESTS
All kinds of special requests will be considered, but the agency does not guarantee that they will be granted
DATA PROTECTION
Your personal data will receive the treatment that corresponds to it in accordance with the data protection law and will in no case be transferred to third parties for any type of activity, whether private or commercial.
* The tenants are responsible for the apartment / house from the time of arrival to departure
